O Boi .. I went thur the drive thur and ordered a big fish add cheese , a improssible whopper add cheese and two cheesy tot 8 pcs.. I live a block up the street and by the time i got there both sandwiches were ice cold .. cheese that I paid for wasn't there .. food just threw together and all so i returned for a refund ... I would like to thank those two young ladies in the front for correcting my order in a timely manners I went back into the store on Coldspring after getting cold food from the drive thur I wasn't feeling good and the weather was really messing with my body bad. Or i would have got out my car in the first place but the cashier inside immediately address my concerns and had the lady in the grill (although she was upset and nasty in tone ) correct them without me having to fuss or anything I truly appreciated that the way I was feeling and if I would have had cash on me I would have tipped them both . 20 dollars is a lot of money to get a order that they wouldn't eat personally themselves. The manager was present and didn't say a word even though she heard me addressing my concerns .. she just stood there.. where's the leadership but thank God she didn't have to do anything her front line staff and that young lady was on it .. she needs to be part of management team ijs.. i wish i knew her name cause i would contact the GM about her.. and that night crew...

Ghost Pepper Whopper was cold and wasn't that hot(the burger was colder than the bun, which I reheated at home). There was a few times that they didn't have certain food or drink items available during purchase resulting in wasting time going elsewhere. If you running a fast food franchise and some of your items are out of stock or whatever, than at least let customers know beforehand before spending... Just a suggestion to save everyone time and money. š This is one of the worst Burger King location because the quality of food is poor and most employees seem to be in a bad mood.. One thing I can say I'm truly thankful for is customer service which is outstanding because they care about customer satisfaction and respect. I got reimbursed for an order with no issues, communication and understanding was professionalism. The staff person questioned me "When was this supposed to happened?!? I don't remember seeing you come through my drive line and I been on this window all day" All of this disrespect and rudeness over a Whopper that was prepared other than as requested in my order, that I returned and asked to have replaced with a Whopper prepared as requested. The worker then sucked her teeth and said "she lyin" as I explained what happened to the manager, who walked over as the BK employee was yelling questions at me through the drive thru window. To my knowledge, at no point was the staff members behavior redirected or corrected by anyone present. Ultimately the order was corrected to my satisfaction.
