Elegance Nails — Local services in Baltimore

This a salon for Hood ppl that don’t know good service & I’m very hood! They use so much nail thinner 3 coats of polish have to be applied & then when i say oh it’s time to get some new polish. The lady swears that this polish is new from 2 weeks ago lol. They have a black girl here from CALI & poor thing they’re probably working her to death a man ask was she finish my pedicure while she was just starting to apply the nail polish. I guess she was taking too long. Lastly it says $22 for a pedicure but when i pay she says $26 because girl used hot towel (her words) How do you charge $4 for hot towel is beyond me when that should be included in the service. My experience was absolutely terrible whether the first customer or the last customer of the day it should all be done the same I got a gel fill in on a Friday by that Monday one nail was already broke on the side then the same night I got them done I got home and realized there was hair under the polish on one of the nails not even a week later the polish peeled of the whole nail on 5 nails that is terrible I usually go to the same.shop all the time but I thought I would try some where different because i just moved to the area but I will continue taking the ride over east to get them done it definitely worth it i suggest NO-ONE...

The staff here are relatively friendly and accommodating. After my experience on today, I am writing a review as the experience was a complete miss. The staff was behind but the issue for me was with a client who discussed her job outlook using profanity the entire time and then to make matters worse when asked to keep her volume down she became obnoxious. And unfortunately, the staff did not step in to say anything. Needless to say, I left and vow never to return.
