Pizza Man and food zone — Restaurant in Baltimore

We ordered from this place 2 weeks ago and everything from the initial phone call to the delivery was perfect. Last night I got an immediate attitude when I called. When I asked for 3 large pies, the young lady on the phone said we don’t sell pies we sell pizza!!! Then I asked that they deliver it at the time of my event and she said we don’t do that anymore. When I mentioned that they had just done it a couple of weeks ago, she said they have a new owner since then. Finally I get a call that my driver is outside. When I go outside I’m being waved at by a running car on the street with a whole family in it! There was a baby in the back and the person on the passenger side is handing me a receipt to sign and passing my pizzas through the passenger window!!! He never got out the car. He never turned the car off. If I didn’t have a room full of hungry people I would have gone back in the building. Time to find a new pizza place...

The lady who answers the phone is very very nasty...she hangs up on you after being on hold for more than 10 minutes. She is also disrespectful...i would like to offer my advice on how to have good customer service but clearly shes bot receptive. This is not the first time either. My food was not how i ordered it and it took an hour to get here. If she doesnt know how to answer the phone then y not let someone else do it better yet if you dont want to...

I order wings for deliver after waiting 40mins i then look at my oder,smells good look good until i bit into it and the chicken was pink.I then call to inform Pizza Man on Coldsping Ln. They said well will make you another order just save the wings so t he diver will bring back to the store and we will send you more.It took t them 1hour and 20 mins .Well this wingsare now cold smdh.Awful place for wings and the cstumer service...
