Nail Studio — Local services in Baltimore

I went here on Saturday February 24th and got gel polish full set for $40. I thought the polish looked extra thick and I sshiwed the nail tech and asked him was it right to which he replied I fix. And alcoholed it down again. Well It started bubbling up and chipping Sunday night not even 24 hours later. I go to get them redone today Monday Feb 26th and the owner has an attitude and says next time if I don't like it then don't go home and then come back . But miss I'm the customer, y'all messed up . Gel polish is not supposed to bubble up and peel off or slough off . That was y'all error. How you gonna have an attitude with me and then she kept kicking my finger with the drill. Bust my skin open twice. And act like she didn't know what I was saying when I asked her to stop picking my skin with the drill. Now I would have been dead wrong had I slapped her for assaulting me. Makes no sense. I'm never rude to anyone. All I wanted was what I paid for. Not no attitude or no cut skin . Or to be made to feel like it was my fault that he messed up my nails the first time . Been going here for 15yrs ONLY because its the closest shop, Its whack as fawk ,Im happy these girls are realizing that these Chinese/Korean nail shops are getting over and OPENING THEIR OWN NAIL SALON. (@dolled__bydej)book her now........ •Nail studio dont know how to do NO designs(&when they're confident enough that day 2 try its a hot mess). these nail techs have no cultural experience (black swag) they RUSH you so they can get 2 the next person ,they DONT clean anything before they Use it on you.when they mess up which is TOO frequent. They get upset when you tell them to fix it.they charge different prices depending on if LENA(the boss) is there or not. Its bugs in there glass case.they are just soo OLD &OUTDATED its just a money thing with them not a happy customer thing....i told everyone i knew DONT GO HERE, & that nail salon wonders why its LESS...

I would have scored it higher but although they do an incredible job on my nails and is very convenient for someone looking to be serviced on the Westside of Baltimore I witnessed unprofessional conduct to another patronizing customer which happened to be a teenager. I'm BIG on customer service and the response to this young lady from one of the techs was out of pocket. In their defense she was very rowdy and disrespectful but when in a business setting you must conduct yourself accordingly. Know how to handle and diffuse situations as they come without disrespecting your patronizing customers. Other than that my service has been pleasant and my nails 💅 are done in a timely manner and...
