2AM Project — Restaurant in Baltimore

The people that work the front counter, is so unprofessional. When I arrived I asked for an explanation of how the boils work. The short girl told be to look at the menu, which she proceeded to stay on her personal phone. I then had my kids come in to assist me because they are familiar with the process. Once I figured it out the girl told me I could order from the kiosk. I did. Once my food came it was 2 orders in 1 bag. Obviously something was done wrong, but this could have been avoided of she wouldn't have just did her job. I told her to fix it and I will pay difference or just provide me with another bag and I will split it in 2. She said obviously you never did this b4, I said it dont make a difference. She said you could buy another corn and potato. I agreed. So the girls could hv their own bag. Then she proceeded to ring it up and said 'oh well cant do that anymore". I said let me talk to owner, Mgr I supervisor. Meanwhile there is a white mam sitting behind me that went to the back several times with a computer keep looking but not saying anything. I said are u the manager,owner, supervisor because she said she can't tell me. He smiled and I said yes you are and you are sitting here listening to the issues not assisting. I said I could always go online to see who the owner is. He smiled. My girls tell me.the young girl was griting and rolling her eyes while I was speaking to the alleged owner.

This is the same business. They renamed it and a white man has these unprofessional ghetto black girls running the store while he sit back and make sure they don't steal.

In addition to this they have these neon drug and sexual connotation lights hung on the windows. This is not under grown. Have some respect for the neighborhood and families that have tp come throughout there.

Well on a Friday night I went to the 2am Project. I don’t know why I was thinking a restaurant boasting 2am in its name would be open at 2am? Cause it makes perfect sense to emphasize your menu as well as a time of day that your business is NOT open with such a towering sign literally 15ft away from another drive-thru restaurant with TWO lines of cars waiting to overpay for typical greasy fast food. Cause at 1:40am I would’ve gladly overpaid for any of your advertised fare versus next door’s 15 different ways to say cheeseburger. But 2am Project was not accepting my attempt to order a “YEE-ROW” at 1:40am. I’m curious, why 2am Project? Your not open at 2am, not taking orders 1:40am….so why not call it the 1:39am Project. Next to Checkers with 2 FULL drive thru lanes open and they close at 2am, it’s like you don’t even want to succeed in the spot where Wendy’s lasted for decades by simply being open whether or not Checkers was open. Thanks for making me crave a gyro 🥙 that I’ll have to get from anywhere other than 2am...

I went last night, June 18th. Ordered online, got the crab fries, triple mix, buffalo wings, and Mac and cheese balls. The lady in the window was very nice! Didn’t really enjoy the food though. When the saw the Mac and cheese balls I initially thought they were hush puppies based on the outside texture. When eating it, I didn’t taste like anything and the difference in outer and inner texture made me immediately throw them out, It’s like the Mac and cheese was congealed and unseasoned. The wings taste old (?) that’s the best way for me to explain it, idk if they were fried in old oil or if the wings themself are old. The triple mix tasted like random syrups, and I like sweet things, so I liked that one. The crab fries were the best food item I had, finished those, but idk how to explain it. Those weren’t the best either 🫤. The 2AM sauce is sweet? Some type of hot sauce, garlic sauce, aioli combo would be better for...
