Kim helped us buy our first home. She is fast, efficient, and helpful. We are very grateful to have Kim on our team. It's also important to mention that we were using a VA loan, which Kim is well-versed in.
Kim's speed and efficiency are unmatched. She set up a whole day of viewings with just 3 days' notice. She files paperwork and sends messages in record time. Twice, she sent messages to the seller before she got off the phone with us about what we wanted the messages to say. Paperwork was always ready for us to sign within hours.
Kim provided suggestions for title company and inspection. The inspector was experienced with VA loan requirements, extremely thorough, and charged mid-range for our area. Both Kim and the inspector made sure we knew what the VA appraisals look for. Kim negotiated the repairs, and the house passed the appraisal requirements for a VA loan, which meant we didn't have to pay for a 2nd appraisal. The title company was great, and their price was significantly less than the lender estimated.
Kim also worked well with our lender, with Kim relaying info to us quicker than the lender. There were a couple times we had a question, but it was the weekend or after dinner. I'd send Kim a text, thinking she would get back to us the next day or whatever, but she was quick to respond right away, which was beyond expectations.
Even though she lives over an hour away, Kim was at each walkthrough, the inspection, and the closing. She gave us tons of tips, advice, and suggestions along the way.
I had my kids with me every time I met up with Kim. She made the effort to interact with them enough to help them feel more comfortable. She also wasn't shy about telling them to calm down when they got antsy, which I appreciated because it was clearly her helping and not attempting to overstep.
Overall, Kim is the bees knees and should win an award for her negotiation skills, efficiency, and dedication to...
Read moreKim came into our business to get an estimate on her vehicle that one of her clients had hit by accident. After speaking with her she wanted to look and list a home we were getting ready to place on the market. We had several realtors look at our home and ended up going with a family friend to list. Her professionalism showed when she showed back up to our shop infuriated that we wouldn't be using her as our agent. She then proceeds to go to our business page and give us a bad review on the repair to her vehicle and falsify what actually happened. The client who hit her vehicle paid us via over the phone as Kim had harassed them until they paid it! I would think twice of using a high drama agent when choosing to...
Read moreReadily available and showed us to all homes that we showed interest in. Process was as smooth as I could have hoped for. Only hiccup we ran into was paperwork problems on the seller's side. We even got most of small issues the home inspector found fixed because Kim was adamant that we were happy with our purchase. When we started we didn't really have any idea what we wanted. But we ended up with a home to start our little family in that both the wife and I were happy...
