I had the pleasure of working with Jared, a Verizon representative who delivered truly exceptional customer service. From the very beginning, Jared demonstrated an impressive combination of professionalism, intelligence, and high energy. I can’t say enough great things about this location!! We visited this store to join our consumer accounts, creat a new business account, and transfer our consumer lines to the business account. We were helped initially by Edward, and then we were re helped by Kevin. Both of them were GREAT! Kevin was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, caring, funny, and VERY patient. The whole ordeal took over two hours, but we left with 3 new phones, new business internet and a fully functional business account. With an added line plus an added internet service, Kevin was able to help us save money. Our total monthly bill is going to cost less than our former 2 lines without internet. Kevin was great and we will go back there every time we need help with anything Verizon!...

Chris was very professional and kind when my family came in. He was respectful and went above and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied w our products and the service. One of our phones was having some issues so I called Chris to see if he could possible help me over the phone. This was well after store hours. He gave us his opinion of what to do…..but he actually offered to stop over and help! He came over and made sure we were completely satisfied and everything was working. Chris did NOT have to do that. He truly cared that we were satisfied. Chris has an amazing combination of professionalism, service, and work ethic.
