My 17 month golden retriever, Scout, had her first grooming experience with Becky at Designer Dogs Salon & Spa today and it went better than I could have ever imagined. My girl is VERY nervous and Becky let me stay with her to help keep her calm. Becky was so kind and gentle with Scout, and showed her so much empathy, compassion, and love. The grooming experience is truly 1-1 and intimate. Scout was the only dog in the spa and had full attention throughout. We will absolutely be back and already scheduled our next appointment. Becky did a wonderful job on my 2 year old Australian Sheppard. He went in happy and left very happy. Becky also asked me to look over his cut. I said next time maybe a little more off his rear. Instead of next time she put him back on the table and cut some more. Cage free environment. Sydney said he had a Pawsome time. We took Dublin our 2 yr old Aussiedoodle to Becky.
