First time customer and last time customer and I didn't even get serviced. I actually visited on a Sunday evening. I truly understand that no one wants to work on Sundays and we did arrive about forty-five minutes before closing time. We pulled up to the bay door to the garage and waited for the vehicle that was ahead of us to get finished. Meanwhile another customer pulled up the bay door next to us. We sat and waited for approximately 25 to 30 minutes for the other vehicles to be completed. They finally finished the vehicle in front of me, but the bay door did not open. Instead one of the employees walked out to our vehicle and said ,very politely and professional, that they would not have enough time to get our vehicle serviced and then they told the vehicle next to us that they wouldn't be serviced either. Like I said I know that no one wants to work on Sundays , but they were still open for 15 more minutes. I truly understand that they didn't not want to work any longer than they have to. But I really think that it could have been handled differently. They really should have went ahead and serviced the vehicles or should have at least told us that they would not be able to get to us today. Instead they left us waiting for 30 minutes just to tell us that we wouldn't get serviced that evening. Im sure that do a great job but I'll never know myself, because I made two trips in one that day my first and my last. The business stayed open till 5pm and we left with 15 to go. Then we actually found another Take five oil changing establishment, just a few minutes away, that closed at 6 pm. We arrived and there was no one at the place and the lights were off and there was no one at the place. Not sure how they run their business but I know that being closed when the signs and website says they arr open is not good for buisness. Being turned away with 15 minutes left before closing is not good either and leaving someone waiting for 30 minutes just to turn them away is not a good business strategy either. So I have to say that my first time trying Take 5 will also be my last. There was two other vehicles that wasn't happy about it either and they all said as well as the passengers in my call all agreed that we would never be back. So there were several potential customers that will never be back. I really hope that in the future you treat your customers like they are customers. I really have to say that it was very unsatisfied with the way it was handled. It would have been better to have been told from the start that we wasn't going to...
Read moreI went today to get an oil change 🛢️ for my 2013 Chevy Malibu. ROBERT was an ABSOLUTE gentlemen from the moment I came in. BTW I moved here this year.
I asked for economy and I told him how this is what Florida take 5 would offer me because I would say I'm looking for the cheapest options for my car. Really they were ruining my car.
ROBERT was quick to inform me that I should be getting full synthetic with mine and that the premium option was the best. How putting the Economy it can cause issues with my car overtime and that I should break the cycle of Economy and start doing synthetic.
I had a $25 off coupon and I was still hesitant only because times are rough right now and I'm a mom and I was trying to determine if I would have enough until my next check.
I ended up paying for it because I needed an oil change badly and ROBERT WAS SO INCREDIBLY SWEET AND OFFERED AN ADDITIONAL amount off for being misinformed by a whole different take 5! TALK ABOUT INCREDIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! 👏 HE NEEDS A RAISE AND PROMOTION PRONTO 👏
I moved here FROM Florida and I will ONLY go here from now on. I moved here permanently by the way. I trust ROBERT completely doing my oil change.
When I tell you the second I started driving my car down the road and gave it a little gas u got goosebumps at how much of a difference what ROBERT recommended did to my car. It was PURRING 😻 in the BEST way. My car sounded the way it should. Thank you again for the exceptional...
Read moreI used to be a regular customer at Lube Stop at this location, but this have changed since Take 5 took over about a month ago. As soon as I pulled in a young woman greeted me and started throwing out prices as soon as I rolled my window down. I explained I had been getting partial synthetic oil changes from Lube Stop and she said "oh... that'll probably be $65 and up for that". EVERYTHING she said was "$$ and up". When I asked for a specific price she said it depends on a lot of stuff and couldn't get more specific than that. Moreover, she made it a point to tell me that once my car was pulled in and they started to drain oil that I would be obligated to pay their price (however much that was... I still had no idea). I pointed out how different it was from Lube Stop how they used to run specials and give me coupons to use... all she could do was agree it was now different. I thanked her but told her I wouldn't be using their service and she seemed to agree with my decision. Maybe she's just disgruntled, but at the very least this place is clearly not taking care of or educating their employees... why should they treat me...
