I recently visited the Coach outlet store and had a mixed experience. The sales associate who helped me was wonderful - knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive. However, what detracted from my overall experience was the unprofessional behavior of some of the staff members. They seemed to be pointing and side-eyeing members of my party, which made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. As a customer, I expect a certain level of respect and professionalism, regardless of who I'm with.
