Franchesca, the person who waited on me, was rude, short and not pleasant at all. She seemed bothered that I was inquiring about the menu options. She rushed me through making my choices, even when I told her I hadn't been to a Taco Maker in many, many years. When I asked her about the menu options, she acted as I should've known them and rolled her eyes. She then turned to the back toward another employee in the restaurant. I took her gestures to mean discontent due to me taking longer to order than what she wanted. I tried to leave this exact feedback at the Taco Maker online form, but it kept giving me an “unidentified” message. I’m going to include the receipt of my purchase. I wanted to try the food of one of the places that I loved when I was younger. The taste of the Burrito Jr. was good. I ordered it with chicken. It, however, had onions which I can’t consume, so it was a waste. I wanted to ask about the ingredients but the whole situation made me so uncomfortable that I opted to take a chance. When I asked her for her name, she gave it to me hesitantly while asking me what it was for. I said: “to leave feedback online.” After that, m wife and I both noted that she went somewhat out of her way to be polite when handing me the food. I was even unaware that my order came with fries, again because I couldn’t inquire about it much. It’s a shame that they have such poor customer service. A company like this one should really train their employees to be excellent with customers. Otherwise, these incidents take place and everyone loses in the process. I won’t be back to Taco Maker again. I also read that they tend to have an issue with poor customer service. I wish I’d known. At least, I can leave my experience here so that others don’t have to experience what I did.i hope this...
Read moreI honestly don’t know what the deal is with fast food joints in PR. It seems the managers don’t give a hoot about their customers. Unless of course they’re friends. This particular joint is located in an outlet that is supposed to drive tourism. However, the cashier could not take my husband’s order because she did not speak English. When I go to order she’s talking away like she is on vacation. Just stick to the local restaurants, people. I have been pleasantly surprised at how they all have been treating my husband, which is...
