Baxley Pawn Shop — Local services in Barnwell

My wife and I have spent over $2500 in the past 2 years here at Baxley pawn and was very pleased with the level of service we've received,never will I take or ask for something that I feel I wasn't owed or earned, I have thousands of dollars in jewelry but took a charm to it get clean and diamonds were missing, so I return it so they could fix it Wich I thought they did, before I could get it home the diamonds fell back out,took it back, come back a few days later they have messed my charm up and telling me it my falt... not one to argue I said thanks and left.... they have truly loss some good customer.... even though chain charm only worth about $400 I would've have like to get my charm back the way I bought in in.....VERY...

If you need something fixed, want to buy something, want something cleaned, this is the last place you need to go to. I took a few pieces of jewelry in to get fixed and cleaned, the guy said give me a week, come in to check on the jewelry the next week he goes no it’s not ready yet give me another week I mean seriously give me a good estimate on how long it’s supposed to take. Not only that the costumer service is beyond terrible I think little kids have better...

The old man that helps in the front is the rudest person I have ever met. Baxelys use to be packed all the time maybe if they learn how to talk to people they would get some business. Man told me to come back when I got money, so I'm guessing you cant even look to see what you want in advance anymore he needs to be fired because personally he is the reason I dont spend my money...
