Ryan is responsive, reliable, knowledgeable, resourceful but most of all trustworthy. I came across his mobile business with a recommendation from someone I knew. Honestly, pulling up to a parking lot and handing your phone over to someone to repair seems sketchy at first and requires a leap of faith. But Ryan has become my go-to guy for all things phone-related for myself and my college and high school kids. Let’s face it -the kids break their phones a lot. I used to go to iDropped but Ryan has proven to be quicker, more responsive, more convenient and timely to use and frankly more competitively priced. So don’t hesitate to use Ryan. His convenience of meeting you in public spaces like the grocery parking lot works great for the busy on the go family. I usually text the issues beforehand so he is equipped with what is needed when we meet. He has performed all operations right there.We have done switch outs of fronts/backs of various iPhone series (for cracks), clean outs of ports that won’t hold a charging cable, and gotten advice on non-functioning phones. I literally can’t speak more highly of Ryan. My autistic son’s tablet was going through some things, I tried it all, Apple, Best Buy. Out of hope and prayers I reached out to a local FB group to see if they had any suggestions. They ALL suggested Ryan so I was like what do I have to lose? I reached out, he was super quick to respond. Listened to all of my concerns and knew right away what was going on but still wanted to take a look to make sure(I needed a new battery). Ryan told me that evening what was wrong, how he would fix it and all the details. Within a couple days he let me know he was done with it and we worked on arranging a time to meet. I am a mother of 2 small kids (6 and 2) and work full time night shift at the back half of the week. When I say Ryan was flexible that is an understatement, he made it so easy to drop off the iPad and pick it up. I am fortunate now to know Ryan for all future issues with my Apple devices(we love Apple but we are tough on them lol. I could go on and on but Ryan is a life saver and super thankful he was able to put a smile on my boys face(and it was a big dimple filled smile). Thanks...

My daughter’s cell phone would randomly no longer charge so I looked for a cell phone repair person in the area. (iPhone 13 mini in excellent shape) The iguys number popped up as one of the closest people to me. I live in the Tobyhanna area. I took a chance and texted the number. Within an hour, he was already responding and setting up a time to meet me. Ryan went out of his way to explain all of the things that could possibly be wrong and took the phone to try and fix it. He was unsuccessful for the first day or two trying all the different things he could do to fix the issue including a new battery. He refused to give up and wanted to try hooking my phone up to a different Apple computer that he was already ordering in hopes that would help fix a possible software problem. Although he kept trying additional things, he did not charge anything extra from the original price I was quoted. He was able to fix the cell phone and now it works great.
