Specifically, Luis V, Mobile Expert, helped resolve multiple issues with my new account: refund new iPhone 14 Pro Max, resale new devices, add new lines, upgrade lines to Go5Gplus, waive duplicate fees, sell Accessories for our new devices, provided detailed information on T-Mobile Home Internet (qualification requirements), ensured we capitalized on all promotions, and reviewed our warranty policy on the SyncUP KIDS watch. Most impressive about Luis and his supervisor, Six, their ability to maximize their efforts with us and still handle over a dozen customers during a cellular power-outage. Customer service was ok, the main reason for this review Is the actual service through sprint is horrible, I can't get a signal in Walmart, and since I have problems getting internet connection with sprint then none of my games that require internet on my phone will work, this is extremely annoying. I downloaded a 34mb game and it took 6hrs to finish, then I could not even play it, it kept saying unable to connect to servers or network connection could not be found. There is no way sprint is within 1% of Verizons reliably, even if there are referring to cell service(the calling or texting part) there are times that my friends won't get messages from me until the next day, and I know it's not their phone service because they have had the phone service since I've made the switch from Verizon to sprint(BIG MISTAKE). And they have always gotten my messages within seconds when I had Verizon even when I was out in newberry or low signal areas. I would really not recommend...

I am going to sue these guys for trying to make money off of me I bought a Samsung galaxy s7 and paid full price for it i got the $80 unlimited plan that didn't even come with everything it was supposed I can prove all of the above in court now all of a sudden I owe them $137 dollars it's on my credit report I am a wiz in technology if you do a backround check on me it will tell you I sued cops and won it will cost me $225 to sue these guys it's only $88 extra dollars to do so and I'm pretty pissed but not as pissed as what I do to them if they have a building of buissness when I'm...
