Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Barstow

Went there recently, & nothing changed, as, This location constantly gets the orders wrong (like burgers missing tomatoes, etc.).

Previously=An assitant manager insisted that I come back (despite my protests, in that I did NOT want 'free food'!), after being served the wrong meal, for the second time in a row!

BUT, when I came back, a 'supervisor', back woman,..named 'Crystal',...who took care of me the time before,..threatened to call the POLICE on me,..despite my explanation for being invited in returning there, AND,..waiting in line their drive thru for 10-15 minutes, on a Saturday night, following the instructions of the employee that prompted me to return!

Also= As of last day in August, 2015,..they hang up their phones late night, before knowing what you are calling about!

I have since found out, by other Jack in the Boxes,..that THIS location, gets a great deal of customer complaints, re their employees...

WARNING: DO NOT ORDER HERE. Firstly, I love Jack in the box. But not this one!!! Here's what happened, I was in San Bernardino and got a chicken fajita for lunch at the Jack that's over there. It was full of chicken and I was amazed by the value for money I got. I was so impressed that I came to this store on the same day and ordered the same thing. Not only was it $.10 more expensive without tax, but also had less chicken and was mostly one big piece of lettuce. It made me completely regret coming here! I have nothing to gain by writing this review, I just feel that people need to know where they are about to get ripped off.! I really hope a senior manager takes note of this and resolves it. I really was disappointed.although the employees were nice and attentive in the drive threw, and after the order taker made sure she had it correct I didn't know that the order was wrong. I might have understood why I had to deal with 2 screaming unappreciative kids and a good for nothing wife insulting wondering how she ended up with a looser like me if it was a special order. But it was right off the menu. So after a hard 14 hour day I got into the car and drove another 60 mile round trip back just to here they couldn't replace it. So I came home (don't know why) just to find out they gave mine to the dog while I was in the shower. So I could understand if it was the only time but it was 2 in a row.
