Realized this morning that my phone was not holding charge so I visited the Metro store closest to home. Francisco was great. I told him my budget & my needs he made a couple of suggestions & then recommended one he knew to be the better phone. He answered my many questions with patience & good humour, all the while setting up my new phone & transferring all my "stuff" (photos, contacts & apps) seamlessly from old to new.
