I was in there on Saturday I believe it was the 14th of April there was a pretty long line there was a lady at the front register buying some clothes like always to takes a while to check out the clothes there was a lady stockings cigarettes behind the counter I asked her after waiting for about 5 minutes if they could open another register she said no I'm fixing to leave I said me to put my laundry detergent down and walked out the girl had a bad attitude while sitting outside looking for Family Dollar corporate number it took me about 10 minutes the lady that was right in front of me to check out walked out after 10 minutes the girl who said no I'm fixing to leave is still there when I called the store she answered the phone some 15 minutes later the store has a severe customer service problem because this lady does not want to work but she wants to talk she said there and talk to the lady checking out the clothes evidently for over 15 minutes I was very disappointed with the way that the store was being run and the way that the store was...

I gave this store a three star because of the night management. I was a worker there and the manager Nelley stayed on her phone the entire shift. When there was a situation I couldn't ever really find her. The store manager was barely ever there. The manager Lucan was the only one to help. Trey is a hard worker as well.
