Well they have a problem with keeping employees. Usually one are two. So if not busy they are stocking items then you have to wait in line for her to come back. And a SERIOUS PROBLEM WITH ITEMS ON SALE NOT COMING UP ON REGISTER. THIS OS JUST AS BAD AS STEALING! I usually buy items on sale I had over $100+ and not one item came up on sale she had to manually fix each one. I couldn't believe it. Then the next trip half of my items that was on sale wasn't coming up on sale again. So it's time we start watching all our purchases no matter where we go. And I will also say there's one particular lady who seems to be mad at me when ever I shop there. She seems really tired maybe that's it. Today I went in and purchased many things. I asked girl if all my coupons came off. She told me yes but it still seemed high to me. I went out to my car and only .50 came off when it should have been almost $15. Another lady by the name of Shannon was extremely patient and did everything she could with the resources she had.. she completely went over and beyond what an employee would ever do! 20 years ago when I managed retail I wish I had employees with half the patients and dedication. There are some pros and cons. Pros: Friendly Staff / Very Curtious and Helpful. Store is clean, shelves are well stocked, and everything is in its place. NO ISSUES with staff, cleanliness, or stock. Cons: The layout of the store is a bit chaotic which can make things difficult to find. Isles are narrow giving the shoppers a "cramped" or "boxed in" kind of feeling, and the layout is a bit unstructured. There's no sort of flow to the store. The different sections/departments just kind of bounce around in an unorganized labyrinth throughout the store. It could be better organized, (which does not reflect on the staff.)
