Went in on a Fri night, it took several hours to (outright) purchase a phone to add on to mother's plan. I blame the manager, (Zachary Simmons) for all of the problems that I had. I was looking forward to my new phone. The entire transaction was done incorrectly. The manager would not accept responsibility for his un-trained employees.The phone was set up to need a password. I'm the only one using the phone. Zachary told me that I must have told him to do it this way. IN THIS SPRINT STORE the CUSTOMER is ALWAYS WRONG. The store manager is awful, he was condescending and rude to me every time I went in to try to resolve the issues I had. I returned to have my phone sorted out the following day Saturday. They had to wipe out the phone and re-do EVERYTHING. I was there nearly 4 hours, I'm convinced they don't know what they're doing. The following day I returned the phone (another 2 hours) because it would not hold a charge. I returned my phone and closed my account after 1.5 days. The store manager, Zachary insisted he refunded my account. Only after challenging Sprint and working with my credit card company did I get a refund. It took more than one month to get my money back even though I bought the phone on a Friday night and returned on Sunday morning. During the initial store promotion they offered me a 'FREE' iPad. I insisted to see what my monthly bill would be, when I realized it was higher than they quoted, I asked why, Zach said, "they had to make money someway, the additional charge is for data", even though my home has WiFi, I don't need to pay addl data. Needless to say, I refused the "Free IPAD". They did not disclose the "data use charge." I think this should be illegal. Probably is but unless you film the transaction you have no ground to stand on. What a shoddy business. Never again will I ever use or go into a Sprint Store. Be fore warned DON'T USE THIS STORE, guaranteed, you'll regret it if you do. If you must resolve issues here, ask for Antonio. He's a decent and sweet person, he tried repeatedly to resolve my issues, though his hands were tied.

Talked to Sprint and they say I'm over my two weeks to return everything. And then was told magic box is on backorder. Wait a month and not they say I will not receive a magic box because I am to far from a tower. And that if I want to return all the phones it will be over a thousand dollars to get out of contract for phones that I never had coverage that I was told I would have and then scamed to wait over two weeks for a box that never came. And I can't get any help from Sprint! So beware of this store. If you get a phone here make sure it works at home and unlimited data! If not take it right back! Informed the young employee (Nate) he would have to remove the find my phone from both phones and he said only the one traded in would need it. Data that was stored locally was lost from the phone that was traded in. Informed them we were not happy. Manager ( I believe Ryce) was arguing and condescending about our legacy sprint plan trying to tell us it was no good and treated us like we were uninformed consumers.during the 2 hours there. Employee Ronald informed us that the way the metrics worked, they need to sell something everytime the door opens/closes he verbally said” I will have to stop you from going in and out” when he heard me say I was taking my drink to the car. Needless to say, I took my drink to the car and if the employees in this store knew what they were doing, it would not have taken over 2 hours ! And cause lost locally stored data.
