Copy of email I sent to Meijer

I'm in writing to inform you that today's visit was the worst visit I've had in 50 years of being Meijer patron.   I average $1500 a month it's a month at Meijer typically the Bath Township Meijer location.  This has been my primary location since you opened, including OPENING DAY when all the suits were still there.  I am a loyal customer and you can feel free to look up my Mperks: 517xxxxxxx.

Today's visit was going well right up until it was time to check out. You only had 3 lanes open and I had the unfortunate experience of choosing Sebastian's lane. While he started to check out the woman in front of me, he made sure to keep the belt OFF so that he had to REACH for items. Now, I completely understand the need for turning off the belt, every time you puck something up, other things move forward and sometimes bump into the cashier. I get it, the part that made me feel like he was trying to "flexing his power" at me making sure I couldn't put items on the belt, at all. As he finished the woman in front of me and he was waiting on the computer he made sure to put away the bar that separates the order all the way back. By that I mean he pushed it back so far that he had to bend over from the waist to push it back then deal with the other customer PRIOR to turning on the belt, allowing me to place the remaining items of my $300+ order onto be belt. He wanted to make sure he did as little as possible whole timr he was there and relished in making it a miserable process.

Enclosed are photos of my bags showing how he placed my hamburger buns at the bottom of the bag and stacked other things on them. Another shows the bread jammed upright in the same bag with cans and condiment bottles so as to smash the loaf. Another bag shows 8 POUND of sugar and potatoes, in 1 bag that blew out. Yet another shows a bag with 2 jumbo jars of spaghetti with 2 more GLASS jars of Alfredo which completely blew on, thank goodness it was only in the cart, not all over the ground. The last one shows how he packaged my eggs, on the bottom of the bag.

I was so angry I was shaking when I left, when in hindsight I should have left the entire order there for someone else to put away.  Just because he is miserable does not give him the right to try and make the rest of the world miserable. This young man needs to be taken off check out lanes and places somewhere he has little to no public interaction. Bare minimum he should only be allowed to be the 1 cashier for the self scans so he has minimal Customer interaction.

I sincerely look forward to your reply and I sincerely hope this is the last time I ever see this...

My mom used to work at Meijer because her friend Brandon, a roommate we used to have when we lived in Park Lake, Okemos, used to come to say hi to her there daily and kept her safe from my dad's hidden cult because he is into the anti-thesis of Christianity privately and unfortunately, my mom, a missioraire's kid in from Guatemala find that out. In public my dad pretends to go to a Baptist Church called Ganson in Jackson, MI, where I currently live at.

Now Brandon, the owner of a cat called Jasmine and a dog called Nadia, couldn't stand to see so much violence done to a woman and her son, and do nothing so my mom had safety and provision due to her friend Brandon and that grocery store. Those are the pictures of my mom and her two real cats "Kiss-Kiss" and "Paco" and our favorite guy-z "Chico"

What I loved about it is that most of her salary from that job was to pay my child support, since my dad and Barth Schutter ripped me of her arms, throw her to the floor and hit both of us but the court in Jackson awarded the custody to my dad because my mom isn't an American person. In Jackson's town, my mom is not even a human. So that salary money would give me enough to eat because my dad is too good to work in a grocery store. Their meat is great also. Always fresh!

We hope that people realizes that witchcraft is real, it does has power over us Christians and we are still alive because of Brandon. I can't say his last name but he allowed us to make this review. HAPPY BELATED BIRTHDAY BRANDON and thank you for doing what Christians won't! And it rhymes with Truth, Justice and The American Way!...

I feel like I am buying local when I buy at Meijer because it's not a mega corporations like Walmart. I don't like the idea of spending money at a mega-corporation where my money leaves the community and goes to Big pockets in the upper tiers. Plus I like their selection of clothing for plus women and they have a nice variety of groceries as well as a little bit of everything else just like Walmart except a Kinder, friendlier atmosphere! I went there one time and the greeter was so excited to be there! He greeted everyone with a bit of gusto who came in the door, even though he didn't get a greeting back most of the time. It must have been his first couple of days on the job... I went back at a later date, and he had toned it down some, but was still happy to be there at seemed. And I enjoyed seeing him there. He had a great Southern drawl accent and was an older fellow and just seemed like a real great guy! If he could have, I think he would have made friends with every single person who entered that store! LOL! I will never forget him. Even though I didn't react as exuberant in return, he made an impact on me that I will always remember. I wish I'd gotten his name. Loved...

Whoa… my daughter and I were just swept away by nearly the best customer service we’ve ever experienced. Sally H. at this Meijer noticed us looking for specific gear in the men’s section. She offered us such a welcoming and comforting vibe. Her demeanor and motivation to help were extremely helpful, especially today. You never know what another is going through and how your energy can touch another person. Thank you angel Sally, you’re the best!

Store was cleaned and well stocked. Employees were very kind and helpful. Even the bathrooms were spotless. Aisles were clear and clutter/debree free. Was able to find everything I needed. And was able to get in and get out very quickly. Prices were fair and lots of sales. No long lines either they were moving very fast at the cashiers which was real surprising considering its the holidays and there was lots of people shopping. Great job Meijer!
