Such a bad experience here. Our order took probably 25 minutes to receive although we were the only ones in the restaurant. Drive thru was busy but they neglected us inside due to a busy drive thru. Our order was missing two items. My husbands taco shells (all 3) were literally broken in half. The chalupas we received had frozen lettuce or tomato in them, I’m not sure which. They were so cold that my fingers were cold from holding it while eating. I bit into a piece of what I think was lettuce and it was 100% frozen. The cold veggies resulted in the entire chalupa being cold and hard. Aside from all of this, I found it odd that there is no menu posted and the only option for ordering is at a kiosk. It took us a long time to order and try to navigate the kiosk when we had a group of 5. Very frustrated overall and likely won’t return. Thank you to the staff for at least being kind!
Edit: we gave this location another shot as it's been about a year since our last experience. Just as bad! Slow, messed up our order and forgot to give us our cups. Waited a solid 5 min for our cups and not a single person even acknowledged me at the counter. Finally an employee walked in to start her shift and helped me before even clocking in. 100% won't be back to...
Read moreWe usually LOVE this location but we went through the drive thru around midnight on Saturday after a long drive. We ordered on the app but the lobby was closed so we had to sit in the drive thru line. There were 4 cars there when we pulled up and we waited 40 minutes (literally 10 minutes per car) before we reached the window and then another 10 once we got to the window. I’m not sure what was going on that night but it was definitely off putting after a long drive. We wanted to leave but since we had ordered through the app, we had already paid. The only plus is that they did make our food once we got to the window so our food was hot but they did forget one of our items. There were 5 cars in the parking lot so I don’t think that short staff was an issue. Read moreI just drove through the drive thru, and I'm pretty sure the cashier just straight up doesn't want to be there. The only amount of communication I got was when I was ordering. When I pulled up she didn't repeat how much my meal was, she didn't ask me if I wanted any sauces and didn't say a thing to me when she was handing back my card and food. She got irritated when I asked for mild sauce and once she handed me everything, she shut the window pretty hard... I work in customer service too, and it wasn't appreciated how I was treated, or lack there of. And upon getting home I see they've messed up my order as well. I asked for a number 6 with 1 chicken chalupa and one beef and I wanted avocado ranch added to the chicken. They gave me all beef and put the avocado ranch on one.
