So I am displeased with the service from this location. It takes 2 weeks maybe longer for them to set up a pick up date. Then when the time comes, their volunteers show up and take a look at the 5 piece leather sectional still in decent condition, laugh and then get in their truck and leave without the sectional or stating why they aren't taking it. Posted it on a website for free pickup and got an amazing response. Guess it wasn't good enough, even though I have seen worse available for sale at the restore....
