Habitat For Humanity RESTORE — Local services in Battle Creek

I bought a staple gun with 3 boxes of staples, a vacuum robot, and other random items. So far, I have tried to use the staple gun and the vacuum, and neither work. That's $40, just with those two items. Workers claim that everything is tested, and so there are no returns. Both items are missing pieces for them that I didn't know were missing until I had more time to mess with them. There is no way all of the items are tested before being sold. If that were true, than they would have known, and the items should have label. That's too coincidental, that completely unrelated items bought by the same person, can't be used. Makes me wonder about the other things, but the light fixture will need to be connected for me to test it. That could take a while. I will most likely never buy from this store again.

IF YOU CAN'T TEST SOMETHING, CUSTOMERS SHOULD BE ABLE TO MAKE RETURNS. NOONE INTENTIONALLY BUYS USELESS GARBAGE. 😒

Bought a dryer belt was off it didn't spin and clothes went through for 3 and a half hrs and didn't dry! Lady told me there was a thirty day guarantee so I signed the warranty...then when I got back they said you should have read what you signed. I still have this broken dryer and I don't have any money from it! Don't buy anything from here it is overpriced and more than likely broken! They give no cash back because they are not in the business of helping people...just the business of getting old broken things and selling them for 145$ wow trash store more like it! I waited five minutes to call a number they told me to call and it was the store again and they told me to wait and I said actually I'll be really quick and they said I'm on the register and hung up. This is all after we called before returning the dryer and they said be here before 5 that's when we close the back! Idk trash? Seems like the appliance guy...
