I'm sitting in this drive way line right now. I have been here for 15 mins. There is a huge line behind me. The employees did not even acknowledge I was at the call box for ten mins until I said something. I would leave but I'm blocked in from the line of cars behind me. When I said hello then they replied to me but just said they are short staffed and asked me to wait a few more mins. There are no customers inside at all. This is a nightmare. Later edit. After another 5 mins I finally called to them again and asked if I can be let out of the line. He said he can take my order now and assured it would not take long. I only ordered two sandwiches and a wrapped. At the check out window for another 10 mins so far. They won't even acknowledge I'm here or take my card. I'm literally about to have a panic attack. I can't even get out of this line. I have never even left a Google review or review on anybody or any restaurant before because I just don't care that much. I also pride myself on not acting like a Karen but this is absolutely the worst service I've ever had in my 41 years of life. I just at this point and putting this review up here in the hopes that somebody at corporate will see this and please hire some more people or something. I'm going to freak the hell out if I don't get out of this line within the next 5 minutes. Update. They finally did give me my order and I left but while waiting there for yet another 7 minutes or so I started reading the rest of these Google reviews so I threw the food away after I left. Outside of the bad service I'm seeing a lot of other problems with this restaurant and I don't trust the food. I also DoorDash sometimes and I am now remembering that it's pretty much been like this every time I've picked up. I do the per hour version of DoorDash so I get paid while I'm waiting so I never worried about it that much but I have waited 30 minutes in their line before anybody even acknowledges me. That time I also got a bad survey myself in DoorDash from that customer because by the time I dropped his food off everything was all cold and hard and he blamed me for that. Look I'm really not trying to turn into a karen about this. all I'm saying is if you're that short staffed the very least you can do is acknowledge your customer when they're there and inform them that your short staffed and that you're happy to take their order but it will take a while giving the customer the opportunity to choose whether or not they're willing to wait or not. My daughter has worked there since July of this year. She is a good employee who is ALWAYS there on time or early for her shift. She does not complain and does any job they give her even if it is the worse job in the place. While other employee's call in all the time or just plain don't show up.
Today my daughter was scheduled to work. She was up all night with bodily fluids coming out both ends to the point that 3 times there was a path on the floor from her bedroom to the bathroom.
I tried several times to call in for her and got a FAX MACHINE. We were both so concerned about her missing her shift that I got in the car and DROVE all the way in there to speak with Michelle about the situation and Michelle was so damn rude and outright nasty that I will NOT allow my daughter to go back.
Especially when a GM acts the way she did in front of her customers. ANY GM of a fast food restaurant that would desire an employee in this condition to come in and work anyway and deal with food service all day is not the type of GM I would want leading the employee's that are making my food.

Read moreEvery time I've been, including my last time, the service has been less than par and the fries always taste like they're really old and have been reheated repeatedly. This last time I went, I stood waiting for ny food for over 20 minutes. I was understanding the whole time until I realized (by hearing the employees talk) that as the food for my order was being made by one person, the drive thru worker was handing it out the window. Many customers came and went after myself and too many cars to count made it through the drive thru and I was left standing there. When I finally did get my order the first sandwich placed in the bag had been sitting in it for nearly the entire time and was cold, soggy and ruined by the time it made it to the person it was meant for.
