Everyone's very nice & prices aren't too bad compared to other places but if ur goin in for a hair cut or color, I recommend u take a pic of exactly what ur wanting to show them bcuz when explaining what u want to someone else they may not understand exactly what ur askin for. When I went the girl that did my hair didn't cut it as short as I wanted it & I had gotten a phone call that was a family emergency so I had to leave to go to hospital so the next day I called her & asked if she could cut it shorter which she gladly made arrangements for me to come in but she still didn't cut it short enough or how I was tryin to explain to her & even though I told her I don't style my hair parted on the side, she still parted it on the side & then cut my layers so now when I wear it parted down the middle it's uneven. I mainly wear my hair pulled up but now my pony tail is uneven too. I still paid her extra anyway for cutting it again even though I didn't have to. Best advice I can give is... no matter where u go always take a pic to show them exactly what ur wanting!! Visual is always better than them tryin to understand what...

Went to the salon to get highlights with blonde and caramel and my hair didn’t turn out like the picture I showed the stylist so I contacted the salon and and they gave my number to the stylist that did my hair she told me to wash my hair twice with shampoo I guess she was thinking it would fix it but it didn’t . So I contacted the stylist sent pics and told her there was no difference in my hair well the stylist asked if I could come in today and I said yes all she did was shampoo my hair I guess thinking it would lighten the dark toner she put in my hair well it didn’t work and I told the stylist once again that there is no difference in the color of my hair . She wasn’t willing to fix it I asked for my money back she said well I will give you half I said no I want all my money back and the stylist is like seriously I said yes I got my money and left . I had dark brown hair for about 2 years then during quarantine 🙈😭 dyed it black!
