If I could give 0 stars I would. My sisters bridal party had the WORST experience here. They made her wait over 40 min for her “scheduled appt” and ended up having her try on wedding gowns in the “quinceañera section”. they are unorganized, and unprofessional. We ordered our bridesmaids dresses there, they did arrive in a timely manner however when trying them on (myself personally) the owner I believe (heavy set) lady did not even try zipping up my dress lol and simply said let me check your measurements and said I basically gained weight because my measurements now were more. I knew that was not right so I tried it on again at home and it zipped completely fine. Owner was just too lazy to “try” and zip the dress.This place does have nice dresses however the owners customer service makes it the WORST business. Please...

Went in here with low expectations as some of the higher rated places made us feel unwelcome and we would leave without trying anything on but this place deserves 10 stars we had a dress and color in mind my daughter changed her mind and the lady was so helpful with picking another color she tried on over 10 dresses again very patience with us and wasn’t pushy at all.
