The Home Depot — Local services in Bayamón

Went to Home Depot to pick up an order I placed on there website. This is an added service called curbside pickup and it works very well. I enjoy shopping for my DIY projects here because the staff is very knowledgeable. I'm going to do some interior redecorating which will include painting and ceiling fans and lights replaced. I spoke to the staff in each department and received much needed help in picking my paints and light fixtures. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. Never speak down to you as in another major retailer. I highly recommend Home Depot and know that you will be well served by their staff. Bad customer service at checkout 11-27-20.Had an associate named Jonathan with a baseball cap from the Pirate tried to help me out on self-checkout even so I didn’t need help since it is self-checkout.He proceded to scan all my items and didn’t offered the extended warranty on any of them and i did wanted it on them. He ended the transaction and couldn’t add my extended warranty. I had to go to customer service and wait another 15 minutes of them figuring out how to add it. One of the least busy home depots on the island. You can usually avoid too much chaos here and long lines. The down side is that they are often out of basic items that should be in stock. One day I was looking for 2" pvc fittings. They were completely out of all 2" fittings. Another day I needed a 1/2 square notch tile trowel. Again they were out. More than 60 in stock at the Bayamon store. So I don't really understand how they can run out unless the manager is asleep...
