Peppers Bistro — Restaurant in Bayamón

I was out with my family trying to get some dinner and the service was TERRIBLE none of the employees looked like they were working they were all just sitting down when our server ended up asking us for appatizer and never asked for our drinks or anything. The server didn’t get our drinks till 10mins later, she never introduced herself, and she never came to check on us or check to see if our food was okay. Everyone was sitting in a table and it wasn’t even a meeting or anything they were all just sitting and eating on their phones and not really aware of any of the customers. The food was not impressive either the meat was hard and the nachos we had, had MELTED CHEESE as if it was a slice of cheese just heated up and the chicken had no taste. Well I've been coming to this place for many years every time that I come visit PR, specially Bayamón, but this time I really don't know what happens cause this time the food was not the same like my others 9 years that I visited before, I really never reviewed this place before cause really doesn't need it, every time was perfect except this time, my recommendation for this place is back to the basics on how they started and keep the same path, and I will repost another review next time that I come, the service of the waitress was perfect but the time that I wait for my food it was closed to almost 1 hour and the taste wasn't there, but like I said just get back on the basics of the business when they started. Slow Service. I had to clean our table... The place wasn’t crowded and I had to get up and request a menu - they didn’t bother to bring water. When we placed our orders, it took almost 40 minutes to serve my wife and me. To make things worse, my order was totally wrong and they claimed that it got mixed up with another. Since I wasn’t willing to wait more time, I asked for something fast and they got me some appetizers. When the bill arrived, it was totally wrong - they were charging the plate I didn’t receive and 4 sodas. I told them that the menu said that the sodas were “unlimited” and they just said they forgot that detail. I paid the proper amount and left no tip.
