Hello I was so excited to take my daughters to Chuck E. Cheese they had never been but I was so disappointed in the service that they provided starting with the long slow line just to get food but that did not bother me as much as what took place with my girls Once my girls redeemed their card for prizes And we were next to pick out their surprises since my daughters were a little indecisive. The host at the desk told my daughters that if they could not pick anything out that they must leave. let me mind you their children they’re gonna take a while to pick up prizes, but they have three or four registers at the prize booth if she was so slammed all she could’ve done is have another employee approach and assist, but there was no one else in the line but one other person to tell a child that if you can’t decide you have to leave has been mind blowing and then once I spoke to the manager about the incident, he did nothing about it. I will never come back to this Chuck E. Cheese. so...

Chuck E. Cheese's Is Fun Like Usual, But When I Came Back After A Long Time, I Really Didn't Expect It To Get This Great! Since Now It's 1 Token Per Game, It's Really Changed My Mind In Some Things! So First Food Which Is Great Like Usual, Won't Dive Into The Recycled Pizza Stuff But To Be Fair I've Seen MatPat's Theory So I Guess, But In General, Pretty Great, The Games Were Amazing However, With So Much Replayability, I Even Saved Some For The Time In Which I Then Used Them! But Now Playing Games Is Actually Really Worth Your Money Especially On Offers, And The Place Was Still Neat With Unlimited Drinks, Shoe Spaces For Taking Them Off, And Of Course Chuck E. Cheese Himself (In Animatronic And Mascot) And The Games Are Pretty Great Too, And Some Are Now Fixed And Are Way Better Than They Were, So Overall, I Give This Chuck E. Cheese A 4.7/5, So Go To Where A Kid...

It's a great place to take the kids. The food is expensive, but soo delicious. Tips: Be on the lookout for special offers and online coupons, I've done so and the experience hasn't been as hard on our budget. Also, go to this Bayamon location between 11am-3pm to avoid the eventual crowds and lines. If you don't have enough tickets to redeem that descent looking toy at the counter, save them. Tickets don't expire and you can always come back with all the tickets you need at a later date. As bday parties go, they have a variety of offers to accommodate any budget, for example, as low as $10 a table for walk-ins. If you go elsewhere to eat and just bring the cake, you save alot of money. Only pay for tokens and the table (s) which they'll decorate for the occassion....
