This store needs staff training on customer service. My boyfriend purchased a stove for his son. We were initially not going to be given any proof of purchase for him to give when going to pick it up. Since it was a final purchase, they do not offer free delivery so it would have cost 75 dollars to deliver. When his son got there within a couple of hours to pick the stove up and showed a man the receipt for pickup the man responded with I didnt sell no stove and proceeded to find out who sold a f-ing stove. He had to get a dolly and load the stove alone as no one there was willing to help aside from pointing to the stove. Our Aaron's Rent to own is a great place to get the things you need. They honestly work to make their customers happy. If you have a problem ever making a payment don't hide from them by not answering your phones or doors. Just call and talk to them. We've used Aaron's for several years now and we refuse to shop anywhere else if we can get it threw Aaron's. I'd give them a 10 star but it only asks here for up to a 5 star.
