Nico's Comics and Games — Local services in Baytown

Nico's started my love for comics. The owner is very kind, personable, and knowledgeable. I was able to tell him what I was into, what I wasn't, and what I had heard of. I started with something that I was familiar with (The Walking Dead) and ended with a love for horror comics! Every time I go into the shop to get the next compendium, Nico sits there and talks to me about it like a book club😂

The shop itself is well organized and has toys, comics, books, board games, etc. It's an okay size and the location is pretty great in the town square (there's an ice cream shop a couple of shops down!). I've always found street parking with no problem and the ac is always comfortable there.

Girlfriend and I were in town and needed to find something to pass the time. We stumbled upon this comic book store and it was awesome! Respectfully, it is a nerd’s paradise. I love how they have a discount section on favorite Manga selections. The employee Danny who helped us was super friendly and informative about the shop and where everything was. He told me about their process they go through when new comics arrive to make sure they’re in pristine condition. Nico and his staff have created a community for those that love comics and anything that falls in that realm that I know very little about. Nico is very knowledgeable about the literature he offers his customers, from elementary-aged children such as mine, to those professional comic books lovers.
