I ordered a hat for my father after he sent me a link and told me he saw them on a Facebook group and really wanted one. I work for a small business in Texas so I am all for supporting them. I noticed after I checked out that made a mistake with the address. I did an automatic checkout and didn't double-check my information, so it would be shipping to an apartment I was no longer at. Erick responded rapidly and got that address corrected for me, great! But for some reason, the package could not be delivered to my father's address so it was returned to the sender. March 1st is when he sent me a photo of the returned package. I sent him the address and information again and received no response. After that, I received no update and received no hat. On March 23 he finally got back to me (22 days of waiting for a response) after I emailed multiple times as well as called multiple times. In the email, he sent me he mentioned he had shipped the hat twice, but I only ever received one tracking number from USPS and was never notified of the second shipment. Erick said he would go ahead and refund me (March 23), and I sent a follow-up email if he needed any information from me. No response and I have not received a refund as I am writing this (4/3/2023). That has been 11 days since the refund was mentioned and around 52 days since the order was placed. At this point, I would just like a refund in a timely matter. I understand the wrong address was originally my fault but the response time on his end was below subpar. I am sure he does great business in person, but he needs to work a bit on his online response. I am only leaving this review because of the consistent emails and calls that have yet to be replied to after leaving ample time to get it situated.

I went to this guy back in March this year and asked if he would embroider some blank hats for me. He said yeah no problem, just email me what you want on them and Iāll get back w you. A month later, heard nothing. So I went up there and spoke w him again, this time he was there and said he could have them done in a couple days. Went back by there a couple days later and nothing had been done. He said come back tomorrow after 3 and theyāll be done. I waited an extra day and then went by. When I got there much to my surprise they still werenāt done! I waited a couple more days and called so I didnāt waste my time, no answer. Went by anyway cause it close to my house. He was there this time, I walk in and Still not done! Hands me the hats and says, we arenāt doing them, too busy! I said ok and left. This place definitely lost my business and everyone that asks about this place Iāll ask them to else where. Sad really, cause it was so close to the house. This would have been an amazing branding opportunity for this company. However, I can not ask that of a friend if the company can not perform a simple task of a single hat online order. No confirmation was ever sent except from paypal saying I bough the item, nothing from the company. After a week I called them. They said they had an issue and they would throw in an extra hat. I said sounds good can't wait. After he hung up I thought, he never even asked me my name or address to verify who was calling. He had no idea who I was so how could he fill the order I was talking about? I had to open a complaint with paypal to get my money back as I still have NEVER heard from this company about my order.
