I am a disabled Army vet with severe back problems. I have lots of chronic pain, neck and back injuries. The veterans choice program is accepted at their office. I had no problem getting the appointments and appointment times that I needed. When I had to reschedule, the office gladly did so without any rudeness. The staff is very kind, helpful and personable. The office atmosphere is very pleasant. They offer Acupuncture, Chiropractic care and massage therapy. I am a patient of the Acupuncture and Chiropractor doctors. They have taken their time to answer all my questions. They are very seasoned, educated and knowledgeable in their fields. The doctors spend a lot of time addressing my injuries, therefore allowing me to make it through the week. I highly recommend Graham and Randles. It is very hard to find caring, capable doctors these days. I will also join the massage therapy program in the near future. I have only heard good things about it from other patients in the office. Graham and Randles's practice leads by example and I have never been this content with any doctor. I will continue utilizing their services...because my overall well being has improved, the day I started. If you are reading this review, have no worries. On 3-16-17 my wife and I were traveling from Detroit Michigan area to Portsmouth Island. We stopped in Beaufort for the night, and next morning my wife had chronic pain in groin and right hip, where she could barely walk. We still had a 2 hours before we had to make our way to the ferry to get to the island. We passed Graham + Randles Chirpractic. So I turned around and walked inside where I was greeted by Mary and Bree. I explained the situation about my wife and they said the doctor wasn't going to be in for another hour. My wife then walked in and they saw that she was having a hard time walking. This is where Bree and Mary went into action. Bree had made numerous phone calls to other places including a message therapist but to no avail. Dr. Randles was called and he changed his schedule for this emergency. Dr. Randles saw my wife, got some background info on her and adjusted her. My wife walked in with chronic pain, but walked out, out of pain. Dr. Randles, Mary and Bree were just outstanding in their efforts to help us out. I can't thank them enough for their understanding, compassion and their professionalism that helped my wife out. My wife ended up walking almost 40 miles in 3 days while we were on Portsmouth Island. Thanks again...

Dr. Sara and her husband are miracle workers! For five years my husband suffered horrendous pain, depression and the lack of functions from his spinal injury. It took months to convince my husband to try them out because of horrible "treatment" provided by money hungry chiropractic places before. Not only did they actually examine and work on him in the 1st visit but there was actual NOTICEABLE functioning mobile difference leaving the office. Unfortunately we had to move before finishing our treatments with this lovely couple, but they alone changed our view of not just chiropractors but of what true healing is. Sara and her husband Adam are so personable, compassionate, and intentive. They take their time to listen and offer an array of techniques that allow each individual to be interactive in choosing the path best fit for their own treatment. They are professional while remaining genuine to each patient. You are never just another number with them. Both my husband and I appreciate every appointment we had with them.
