Dragon King — Restaurant in Beaufort

Went for a refund because my food tasted like chemicals, got recorded while talking to the manager, by the cook. Will not be coming back here, in fact I will be getting the health department involved, because there is no reason the chicken, and the rice taste like chemicals. And then to have the manager have the audacity to say they have "100 sanitation score" sure your store is clean, is the food cleaned with chemicals too? Or is the cook not preparing food with the proper food safety procedures. I worked in the food industry for 4 years, and have not once had a customer come back stating their food tasted like a bottle of windex. Never coming back here again, waste of money,...

First off, the food was delicious. Very flavorful and even had a nice little kick to it. But be prepared to wait. A LONG TIME. I called at 6:22 on a Friday night and placed my order. They told me 25-30 minutes. I arrived right at 30 minutes later to see a very long line. My order was finally brought out at 7:20, almost an hour from ordering. Just wish they had told me it would be longer than 25-30 minutes. Everyone else in line had the same story.

This place has a 100% sanitary grade. It's not much to look at inside but they have 8 tables you can eat at. I had the sesame chicken with onion rice and thought it was very good. I would definitely eat it again. They only have bottled drink options but at this price it's understandable. This is a great place to get takeout from and ok to eat there as long as you don't expect much from the dining area. Staff is reserved but approachable.
