The place was waaaayy too packed! They even ran out of the skate helpers (pipe things for people who can't skate.) I literally had to wait to be able to rent one for my 3 year old. They kept stopping the music and having everyone get off the floor due to different events or certain games. My oldest two kids were really upset and not having a great time due to that. My 3 year old was skating for the first time and it just wasn't working out. He kept falling even with the helper so he took off one of the skates and swapped it with one of his shoes. Then my daughter came to me with my son crying saying the lady that worked there said unless he had both his skates on that he couldn't be on the floor at all. Like is it really that big of a deal?? She claimed his other foot could get ran over but seriously? So after that I was beyond irritated as well as the kids so I thought I'd go get us drinks and then we'd do the arcade games... they advertised an unlimited cup with $2 refills. When I went to buy them, they said they didn't have them... so I got regular drinks.. then we went to play the arcade games since my 3 year old isn't allowed to be on the skating floor anymore without both skates on and he refuses to get on there without one if his shoes on because he was scared to continue falling.... well, ALL of the arcade games were broke and out of order!! Like are you serious?! So we left after this. That was my last straw. Never again. There's plenty of other skating places and we will definitely stick to other ones before this place ever...

TERRIBLE!!! We just had a party there for our 5 year old. For starters the music that was played was NOT appropriate for the age group we had. Also in the party details they tell you that you will get 3 LARGE pizzas. THAT IS A LIE!!!!! The pizzas they give are mediums at best. When we asked about the pizzas we were told that "yes, those are our 'party larges' we don't have time to make full size large pizzas for the parties." Let me suggest that if you don't have time to make a large pizza, DON'T ADVERTISE A LARGE PIZZA!! Then to add to the fact that the entire time we were there they were rushing us and the clock they go by runs fast. On top of it all, as our baby was opening her presents, the staff persistently approached us with a bill trying to get us to pay it in the midst of this time where we should have been focused on the moment. Also, during the presents they continued telling us that we had to get the table cleaned off and we had to hurry up in doing so. I will not ever book a party with this skating rink again! I definitely would not recommend anyone to book a...

My friends and I visited this establishment this past Saturday and I am very disappointed in the way we were treated by the manager, Thaddeus. We went to the open skate from 12-4pm but were not aware that there was a birthday party that day. Because of this half of the floor was blocked off and the music was more kid-friendly. We skated around for less than 10 minutes and decided we wanted to come back that evening for the later session. We were told that we would be able to receive a refund and return later. While receiving the refund, there were rude remarks made by Thaddeus such as, "these stupid a** girls." He also gave us mean looks as we left. We later returned for the evening session that same day. Thaddeus was still rude and just overall made the environment uninviting. The ONLY reason we returned was because there are no other skating options in Beaumont and we really wanted to skate. I will not be returning back to this establishment until this management issue is fixed. This is not the way you should treat...
