I ordered furniture after visiting charlotte’s in 2021. During that time, Covid had slowed shipping down incredibly and it took months for my furniture to arrive. For a “cash discount”, I chose delivery and installation of the furniture. The mirror arrived broken and one bed slat was cracked. The company replaced those.
