Personally, it takes a lot for me to take the time out of my schedule to write a review. However, I felt that it would be a disservice to my stylist not to commend her outstanding work.

For reference, I have never had my hair colored before, so I was nervous to come in for a balayage. Briana eased all my concerns, and was extremely supportive in trying to achieve the results I desired. She was professional and kind throughout the appointment. At the end, when she revealed her work, I could NOT BELIEVE that she had transformed my hair into something I was proud to show off. She exceeded my wildest expectations for what my hair could look like.

Honestly, I am thinking of something to critique about my experience so I can provide a holistic review. However, to be quite frank, the only thing that comes to mind is the location of the salon; it is a little far from my place (but this is definitely something out of Briana's control)!

This place was great. Staff was very friendly and seemed to be a workplace that supports one another. Kelly worked hard to find me an appointment time in a pinch! This is a positive place to get your hair done. They did an awesome job adhering to best practices for COVID mitigation. Shay did my color and adjusted as needed with no hesitation, making sure I was comfortable and happy. Melanie was ordering coffees and offered to get me one for when I left the salon :) I highly recommend! This was the second time Shay did my hair (once prior to COVID pandemic, and once today)....

I had to have a color correction and shape up of a bad cut from another salon. Today, I got an appointment with a beautiful little pregnant Nichole, stylist. OMG......I can't tell you what magic she worked on my hair. She got my hair back to the color I wanted, trimmed and styled it gorgeously. I haven't felt this good about my hair for a long time.
