Dairy Queen of Beavercreek — Restaurant in Beavercreek

Was told when I called to say my blizzard was runny it was turtle! “Manager” said we should of known turtle blizzard is made with hot Carmel they are busy and it is hot outside. This is first and last time we go to dq in Beavercreek. She stated he should of told her when she handed him the blizzard it was runny. My son didn’t know it was runny until he got in his vehicle on way home which is right down the street and blizzard toppled over all over the vehicle! He has gotten turtle blizzards for years in vandalia in the hot summer time and they were also busy there and the blizzard was still thick and delicious. Mgr offered to have it brought back up and she would remake it! I think not! her tone of voice was not friendly and certainly I don’t know remaking blizzard with same ingredients will make a difference if Carmel is the issue...

Absolutely disgusted with the customer service .my daughter clearly spilled her drink on the table and she politely took it back up there and when she asked them if they could remake it they said no .When I went up there to ask them why? they would not remake it Noland I believe was his name young man with a hat and glasses said there nothing they can do so not only did I pay for a drink my daughter did not receive but you refusing to make it right with the customer! Absolutely ridiculous. So then when I asked for corporates number they told me to Google it way to run a business no customer service no hospitality and clearly teens running the show please take your business to another dairy queen because they clearly do not...

After a long while of eating through the other ice cream stores in Beavercreek the family and I decided to stop by DQ.

We forgot how wonderful the staff is at this establishment and we really enjoyed our evening eating ice cream, counting cars going by, and just enjoying a beautiful summer night.

At this location parking can be a little tight but if you continue on to the back there's usually plenty of space. The tables and benches out front are typically very clean.

Bottom line: come get...
