I don't usually complain about things like this but I was at this store today, I go here often but I do not think I will be going back. While I was there a handicap man came in and he had a ten dollar roll of quarters and needed to change it in for cash and he was willing to buy an item in order for the owner to exchange it, the store owner refused his money and told him to take it to the bank!!! The man was from out of state and out of gas and explained that he didn't know where a local bank was and that he would buy something...the store owner told him he still would not accept his money!!That was very rude and uncalled for! And to top it off they have a sign that says if you are spending change please have it in a roller.....? So what was wrong with this mans money? It is a state law that businesses have to take all types of legal tender unless it is a privately owned store. This store just happens to be privately owned so there isn't anything that can be done about it. I cannot stand for people to be treated like this and I refuse to give my money to someone so rude!! I could understand if it was over $20 but it wasn't... If he does not like to accept change , even in a roller, then he needs to take his sign down and put up a new one!! This isn't the only time this has happened, I have seen him refuse change several times and once it was $3 in quarters!!! Guess this store is just to good for our money. I WONT BE...
