I DO NOT recommend this bowling alley When we first got there I was telling them my name for the reservations we had made prior that morning with a card on file, they went on to tell me that we could NOT get a 2nd lane even though I had already reserved them for our group. The night went on and as we went outside to take a smoke break we were watched out of the door multiple times to be monitored like children may I need to add that we are 24 years old also this is about 30 to 45 minutes of being there. As we went to get food and beer for our lanes the woman who works in the kitchen area was very very rude and disrespectful, when we tried to buy beer we had to show our ID which is fine I understand that completely we showed her our ID and then was followed up by a older man who wanted to look at our ID himself so we all provided our IDs a second time and as I may add we all had the 21 or older wristbands on. Also A friend of mine who had showed his ID the first and second time went to get a pitcher of beer and cups for our group the woman who works in the kitchen would only provide him with one cup she told him she would need to see our ID for a third time or she would not give us a cup we proceed to give her our ID and she told us we were being RUDE that she would not give us a cup for the pitcher. At this point we were just fed up with the whole experience here. We ended up leaving a whole hour earlier and had an absolute terrible time. pinheads in oakhill has always been great the staff is positive and friendly and that was just not the case here at leisure lanes I will never be going back and I’m highly upset I spent so much money at a place that doesn’t even appreciate...

DO NOT recommend especially if you are a young adult. Had so many rude encounters with both employees at the front and in the kitchen. Never in my 24 years of life have I ever been treated so horribly by a business. Had to leave a whole hour early because we felt so uncomfortable and mistreated. The lady in the kitchen said she would not give us a cup for our pitcher that we had bought because we were being rude! After we had put up with her attitude and horrible behavior the time we were there. Also was I’d 4 times although I had a wrist band on showing I’m over 21 and we were watched the whole time we were there. I mean I would literally look over and the worker would be starring at us. Another thing is we reserved 2 lanes would only give us one although the lane next to us was not being used. The list goes on. I will never make the mistake of coming back here. Pinheads in Oak Hill is the place to go! We love it there and have never had a problem with staff! Pin heads has a wayyyy better atmosphere, better people, good food and drinks they definitely deserve our money unlike this...

Worse Birthday party my Daughter ever had. I had put a down payment to reserve my spot. Showed up today. No lines was ready for 30 mintues straight. Wasn't put on the lines I was told. Are game froze they restarted us on another line. Lost are game and didn't finish. Food arrived 30mintues before the party ended. They forgot the cake completely. 10 mintues before they party ended. Gave us a pepperoni and the cheese arrived super late and burnt along with being cold. I was promised Barbie and if they didn't have that they could make picture or something for barbie theme. But instead there was a Birthday party before us with decorations still there. And placed in a party room I didn't want still dirty. They was rude since I walked in and out.
