Horrible customer service. I ordered furniture over a month ago. Called to check and see if it had come in as I’ve had no call to set up delivery. I was told they had no record of my order and would have to find it. When Gary did call me back stating they had it in the store I simply asked if it was the furniture I ordered and not the floor model. Gary immediately became hateful and rude stating he would issue a refund. Continued to talk down to me for questioning him. I spent over $9000 in furniture from them in the past year. The first purchase they delivered the wrong furniture and had to reorder it and I waited over 3 months. For my inconvenience they promised me mattress covers that I’ve asked about twice and never received. Unfortunately I gave them a second chance with this purchase. Clearly they never ordered the furniture and attempted to pass off floor model that is defective. Worst experience I’ve ever encountered...
