I was looking for a saw for my husbands 36 anniversary after calling around about pricing i ended back to mountain state.I talked with a gentleman Kenny who was very polite, knowledgable and friendly,he answered all my question and was very helpful. He ordered my saw and had it ready for pickup in a very timley manner.when i arrived to pick it up i called him inside bc of the covid 19 and my auto immune disorder,he gladley brung it out in his mask and gloves and gave me a Stihl hat to go with it,how nice.i would reccommend Mountain State bc of the experience i had with Kenny..Thanks Kenny for all your help and phone calls and ect. You done.Your're one awesome salesman. He loved it....

Iām a firm believer in helping local businesses, but this one, Nope!! I donāt have anything for again. Thanks...

They were very nice at time of purchase, but everything changed when there was a problem. And the salesman Randall was very rude to elderly father. STAY AWAY...
