I'll be honest I only looked this place back up or thought about it again because I had to know if the customer service experience I had yesterday when visiting for my first, and last, time was the usual. The store was empty and when we walked in we weren't greeted at all the person behind the counter just sat there we browsed a bit but it was awkward being silently watched by someone who never acknowledged you coming into their store. After a few minutes of this I tried to make small talk while continuing to browse and I felt as though every response was forced and laced with an insult I've been a nerd my whole life but I've never felt more out of place and even unwanted in a game shop in my life. This is the most inclusive, welcoming, and open environment I have ever seen for gaming. Period. Everyone is welcome and everyone is treated like family.

And let's talk about their selection! Wow!! If you want a game they probably have it! If they don't have it they'll get it. If they can't get it they will, literally, call a competitor and find out if they have it.

And now they're growing, from the ground up, a classic arcade game collection. They're getting old and rundown games and restoring them right there in house. My home this is. I love this place They have good nerd food. Good card trade in values fair and honest prices. Good selection of books, food, drinks, figures, used magic and Yu-Gi-Oh Cards. A slight smattering of comic books both new and used. Magic(friday) and Yu-Gi-Oh(Wednesday) tournaments regular and illregular d&d and table top games. A selection of table top games in the back to demo in the back. The staff is good and knowledgable. All of the customers are nice and cut across a wide variety fandoms and nerdoms.
