I cannot even begin to tell you how amazing our experience has been with David Kay Jewelers. They are honest, never misleading you or construing the facts. They gave my wife and I their full undivided attention every single time we went in. Yet this was the only jeweler that I've visited where I did not feel pressured to purchase their product. They truly sought to understand what my wife (then my fiance) and I wanted as we were shopping for wedding rings. They were never seeking to upsell or push us towards more expensive options, even when some of the rings we were considering were less than a hundred dollars.

Once we made our decision, we were in a time crush and David worked extra hard to have the rings ready in time for our wedding. So we and extremely thankful to the care we were given, the pricing which was lower than their competitors, and the quality of the rings that they sell.

I wish I would have found him sooner. Someone recommended him to me and when I finally went, I found he does the best and most affordable jewelry repairs in the Michigan and toledo area. I have a ton of jewelry that needs repairs and he does an excellent job. Way cheaper than others and definitely is great at his job! I have recommended him now to several people and will continue to do so. To put it simply, David is a master jeweler. I called a couple places around the City of Monroe, where I live, to inquire about how long it will take to size my engagement ring and was told approximately 14 days.
