I can make this review very lengthy, but I will keep it short. My first appointment was OK. Marissa was late - said she was just running behind due to a bridal show but I think my appointment was just forgotten about. Marissa did a good job of suggesting dresses for me to try on. I had it narrowed down to two dresses - one was off the rack and one I would have to order. I LOVED the off the rack one but it seemed like the high sale was more important to this company. I got a number of excuses as to why the off the rack dress wouldnât work out - even though they suggested it in the first place. Marissa suggested I meet with the seamstress to decide how much work the off the rack dress would need vs. the other dress. The conversation with the seamstress was very confusing - I think for both her and I. I donât think she was in the loop about what I wanted / was coming in for. She was also charging me a CASH fee (not a deposit) that nobody could explain what it was for. When I went to the appointment with the seamstress, we talked about my options. The seamstress was very good with suggestions and was very honest in helping make my decisions. She suggested an appliquĂ© on the off the rack dress. Marissa said she could look into their vendors to see how much one would cost. Two days later she text and said she couldnât order the exact one the seamstress suggested but was going to keep looking and let me know. That was on April 11th. I still have yet to hear back. As a bride, I feel like this place offers a lot of lack of communication - if there is communication at all - and is not a shop that will find a dress for YOU, but for the dollar amount they can get out of you. After not hearing back after a month and a half, I reached out to another bridal shop and WOW was the experience totally different. I felt like they wanted what I wanted, no matter the price. The communication was top notch. Everything was âif you love this, we are going to make this work.â There was no negativity and no stress. Thats how it should be when picking THE dress. I hope this does not happen to anyone else....
Read moreCouldn't find my 13 yeald daughter a dress she would like to wear to my wedding which was at the end of June, 2023. I had fished out my old corset top ball gown and she actually loved it! Only problem was she didn't want the long skirt. We found this bridal shop and the seemstress said she could do the job and add off the shoulder drapes. We went in for one fitting and the way the skirt fit after her cutting it looked very bad and I made sure to communicate that we would want flowyness to the skirt. At that point my mother took two gowns in for small alterations. Long story short our pick up was the day before the wedding.
As I was getting my nails done my mother went to pick up her dresses and my daughters dress. The picture I got was disappointing for a lack of better words and one of my mothers dresses wasn't even done. When we got home I made my daughter put it on because I thought maybe the picture was bad... It was absolutely horrible!!! Skirt was a mess, the off the shoulder was connected to the center of the chest area and one was longer then the other, back panel was created but it wasn't even velcrowed to the dress.. I guess it would just had to stay in place miraculously? Words can't describe so I'll be attaching some Photos And my daughter was too shy to even say anything. I had to rush to the mall to find her a dress, and even though we found one she didn't look on the same scale as my youngest with her quinceniera dress.
My mothers dresses were either too tight on the breast where she could barely move and the other one for the reception still had a gap on the sides of her breasts which is what she came in for.
I'm pretty disappointed at my shredded dress, she turned into a joke. I feel like this was not professionally done. I had my mom grab all the fabric of the skirt because she didn't return it at pickup. Hopefully I can have them salvage it and maybe my daughter can wear it for photos...

The seamstress who did my alterations is not going to be at the shop much longer and they now have a new person coming to do their alterations.
I came to this bridal shop for alterations on 2 bridesmaids dresses. My first visit was on 6/28/23. I went early to get alterations for a wedding on 9/1. I was assured the changes I needed done on my dress were doable and was given a date to come back in two weeks. At that visit I came and she told me she didnât finish the bodice because she wanted me to try it on one more time. I was given another date to come back in 3 weeks. When I came back this time the bodice was altered but still not complete. She also decided the original plan I was told would work, wasnât going to work and adding a basic panel would be better. Was given yet another date to come back anytime between 11:00 and 4:00. I went at 2:00 to be greeted at the door letting me know my dress still wasnât done. It was Aug 14th at that point. She promised to finish in an hour so my husband went and paid and picked it up for me. At this point I just needed the dress back. Between the two dresses we paid $146 on sloppy alterations. I tried my dress on at home to find that the panel is not only loose but crooked also. I now am paying someone new to try and fix this with what little material she can remove. I called and spoke with the manager to inform her of all the issues and was...
