The Loonar Station — Local services in Bedford Township

Upon entering this business my husband and I were greeted very cheerfully by an energetic salesman named Mateo. We went to Loonar Station with the agreed mission that we were going to be buying a water pipe (bong) and get some useless decorations for around our home (like the random candy skull figuring I got also) My husband and I are veterans when it comes to our experience as weed conisures (pot smokers) and we were wanting to dabble into possibly trying out dabbing since this is a new way of consuming THC thats come about this pass couple of years....so we have no experience with dabbing. So we explained this to our frienndly salesman (his name was Mateo) and he patiently went thru all of the displayed inventory of bongs and even showed us how to use the bongs that smoke flower and convert the same pipe into a dab water bong. He also took the time to go thru all the male bowl pieces that attaches to the pipe to help us figire out which one we would like to purchase. Once we figired out all of our choices with the help of him sharing us his knowledge. At the end of the shopping spree, my husband and I ended up spending about 130 bucks. We were super impressed with the salesman we had during the entire time we were there shopping. Usually at the "Shed" (The Shed is a weed pipe and smoke accessories shop that's alot like Loonar Station but they are way more expensive and they are located in mostly the Toledo OH area) the employees are rude and come off as last cause none of the employees wanna get up n out of their chairs to come see what you need help with let alone educate you on how to do certain things or what youll need in the way of tools to accomplish certain goals with smoking with a new pipe. I know that ky husband and i will certainky be coming back to Loonar Station and hope to get Mateo again cause he seriously made this shopping experience an amazing one!!!! Thank you Mateo and...

Terrible customer service. The last 2 times I entered this store, the staff, the one that wasn't hanging out in the back with the rest of her co-workers. Had no idea about the product I was referring to. Never heard of it so it doesn't exist. Left there traveled 3 miles south to Toledo, the staff at The HEAD shed knew exactly what I was talking about and help guide me to my purchase. If your are new to the game, then the Loonar station is where you need to be. If you've been around awhile, save some headache and go where the staff at least acknowledges your existence. Great customer service but insanely overpriced for today's day in age where you can buy from practically the same supplier as they do for 1/10 of the price. They charge $50-100 for a metal grinder that you can find the same size and even better designs for $10-20 after tax. I paid $13 for the metal grinder I found online with shipping and all, and they ask $60 for one similar but with no design like the one I found online.
