Hurricane Vape — Local services in Bedford Township

This is my first time coming to this location, lady at the counter had a bit of an attitude, I asked if I could get the xros nano 3 and 2 juices, she then just pointed at the juice, I wasn’t sure if it’s something they’d grab or just something we help our selves to, a bit of communication would’ve helped.

Aside from that, she asked for my id which isn’t a problem, after looking at it she said it “looked weird” and stared at it for about 30 seconds. I have a new Michigan ID which is a completely different design from the old one, you’d think with someone who works in this industry they’d be familiar with any changes to ids made within the state they’re located with.

I do like the selections of juices and they even had my device in stock, I just don’t appreciate the associate insinuating I have a fake drivers license. I’m not entirely sure if I’d be back, I’m willing to give it another try if things like this get corrected.

Only positive was they had my juices in more than one strength. Went in for a new device and he was trying to sell me a different device. I specifically asked if it had a flow adjustment was told oh yes it does. Asked if you could change the ohms again yes it has multiple settings. So we bought it. Once I opened it and filled pod and turned it on and went to adjust the flow and there is no adjusting anything. I was flat out lied to. I do not appreciate that at all. I'll drive to monroe for my vape needs, or smoking products! I was buying multiple batteries (vape pens) from this location and I had an issue with one and when I went it the lady (cashier) was rude and made it out like I was lying about what the pen was doing (Burning up the cart I had put on (reason for said item to be sticky) wax was burning out from the cart! We needless to say after being given dirty looks and being talked to rude from her I will drive the 20 minutes to monroe instead of the 2 minutes to...
