Well that is what I received incredible customer service at Lily Ann Cabinets.

I ordered a full set of kitchen cabinets for an investment property that arrived with no issues except 2 cabinets missing and we were on a deadline to leave and take them South.

So this is where my incredible customer service begins:

I started communicating daily with various customer service people and made sure to explain I needed them by a certain date to haul them down South. Well one of my calls connected me with an order specialist named Lindsey Warner.

What was so incredible over the next 10 days about my experience with Lindsey Warner was her work ethic as an order specialist to take it upon herself to communicate with me several times a day via text or phone calls. She gave a complete run down daily and also told me she was staying on top of the search for these 2 missing cabinets. It was her mission to make this right as the shipment was held up due to the work load crisis for all businesses due to the “pandemic”.

Needless to say we received our missing cabinets yesterday and I had to personally say “Thank you” and meet Lindsey. She was on top of it the whole time along with other all the other Lily Ann employees.

I have used Lily ann cabinets for 2 kitchens and 3 bathrooms so far. I purchased the Charlston saddle and York saddle cabinets and have been extremely satisfied. The first time I just crossed my fingers and ordered a kitchen full of cabinets and was relieved when I see the quality of the cabinetry. All dovetail joints, plywood box, solid wood frames, soft close hinges and full extension undermount drawers. They are 100% quality. I asked the guys who were installing the countertop what the thought of the cabinets and they said that they were very well built. My favorite part is using the bathroom vanities. It honestly blows my mind that I can install solid wood quality bathroom vanities for less that those particle board vanities they sell at the HD and Low*s....why does anyone buy that garbage?? These cabinets are no difficult to assemble at all. Most of the parts slide together. Just use wood glue on all the joints. Hardest part is building the drawers but not hard at all. After the first few you get in the groove. I can complete a 3 drawer base in about 25 minute without trying to rush. Only tools you need is a phillips screwdriver (drill is best), a hammer, a block of wood, a bottle of wood glue and a drill for installing your handles and pulls. Only issue I had so far was on a plate rack cabinet I got 2 fronts but no cabinet box. I called the company and the sent my the appropriate cabinet box next day. I recommend this company...

Horrible experience. The owner accused me of trying to warranty random cabinet parts for a rental property. Meaning, the matching 5 items that I ordered on warranty will supply all my "rental properties". Really? For an owner to make this accusation to a customer is unreal. Stay away from this terribly run business. 1.) your cabinets order will be shipped with errors 2.) their customer service support is very rude - every call will take 30 to 2 hours of your time - it's a nightmare 3.) their inventory/customer service systems are discombobulated and your order will be a mess 4.) if you don't remember every name of every person you talk with at Lily Ann Cabinets they get offended and will tell you they can't help you if you don't know who you last spoke with 5.) the product is shoddy - doors crack prematurely, way over glazed (will crack and look uneven), cheap cheap hinges, the stain is discolored so each door will not look uniform in your kitchen. Avoid at all costs.
