Very unprofessional. I ordered shoes online to pick up just to get there and have them tell me they don't have them in stock, then said they refunded my money did not care to reach out to me let me know that they did not have the shoes and that they refunded my money so i didnt have to make the trip to pick them up....the employees were very unprofessional looking wearing ski masks covering their faces no name tags, one looked like he was about to go rob somebody..I don't recommend this place at all

I was in this store 7/5/24 for the first time with my son to see what they had, and we decided to buy a Nike Pro Thema-FIT Hood. I didn't look at the box because the guy at the counter handed it to my son. When I asked for the price, the guy said $60. I thought that was kinda high, and my son said I thought it was only around $35. The guy at the counter repeated it was $60. I gave him a $100 bill, not knowing at the time I was being overcharged, and he asked if I had anything smaller because he didn't have change. I said no, then he opened his cash drawer, which clearly had enough money for change and broke the bill. I get home and looked at the box, and it clearly said it's only $38 dollars, so why was I overcharged. I'll never go back to shop...
