Okay, so it's about time I leave a review here, I know they've been waiting. So if I could give a thousand stars as a rating I would, because the quality, efficiency, helpfulness from just about everyone I've talked to here is 1000%. I have to thank these guys so much for everything they've done for me being 18 when I signed my first lease. From Mr. Odibo from being the most inviting face around, looking and being very professional and forthright. Allowing me to come in and giving details about what's in store. To Zach giving me the rundown on everything I need to know about what was in each car I was interested in so I could tell the difference to meet my wants/needs. To Ira helping me out with the finances, doing everything he could to help make sure I was driving off the lot in my beautiful new 2018 Honda Civic Hatchback. To Patrick for helping me finish the process when Zach was on vacation and everyone being so helpful and smiling everytime I walked through the door. Thanks to these guys and even more I haven't named I was able to drive this beauty off the lot. I honestly feel like I'll be doing business with them for YEARS to come, and I also recommend them to anyone I know who is interested in ANY vehicle. The hospitality alone is enough to make you want to come back just to see how everyone is doing. They are seriously just a JOY to talk to. Seriously don't sleep on Jay Honda they're very SERIOUS, very CAPABLE and they're READY.

I felt judged from the moment I walked in the door. Customer service is extremely important to me and it should be to every business no matter what the customer looks like. So I made myself known, and I was told they didn't have the vehicle that I wanted in the color I preferred. I then asked about numbers and test driving. I was given some ridiculous numbers 10 to 12 THOUSAND DOLLARS DOWN, but I let them go on because I then knew my appearance was definitely driving what was happening at this dealership. I was told I could test drive the vehicle and then I was told I could not test drive the vehicle because it was sold but I can certainly look at the features BUT If I put down the money they can get what I want even from another dealership. I then showed them another dealership not too far away and had the vehicle I wanted, so no worries. Sales representative stepped away and told me they called them and they did not have that vehicle, and IT WAS SOLD. I called Ganley Honda in Great Northern MYSELF in front of the sales representative (he insisted), and they told me that they had what I wanted. JAY HONDA JUDGE ME AND LIED TO ME! I went to Ganley Honda in Great Northern in my same attire and got the vehicle that I wanted with no judgment and exceptional customer service. I even had the option of ZERO DOLLARS DOWN....pictures don't lie

I would definitely recommend Jay Honda to my family and friends! Thank you again to Maura, Ira and Major for making our entire car buying process so smoothly!

My husband and I had an amazing experience purchasing our 2020 Honda Pilot from Jay Honda! I want to start this off by saying that I have never done a review before and I am not one to complain, so this is truly a bad experience for me to comment. If I could give Jay Honda 0 stars, I would. I drove 3 hours to their dealership to hopefully purchase a CR-V I was interested in. The “salesman” Jake was very young and only showed me the “cool buttons” in the car, before sitting me at his desk and disappearing. The finance man, whom I believe was named Jay?, then approached me. I told him I have very good credit and because of that, I only wanted my credit ran ONCE to obtain a rate. He ASSURED me that this would not be a problem, he said at the very most he would run it through two banks. He ran my credit 8 times. All without my permission. All of which, by the way, was done without the “salesman” being present or having presented price offers or deal structures to me. The financer then led me to his office and told me I am “debt heavy” as soon as I sat down - which is highly inacccurate considering I have minimal student debt and a very good RN salary. He then handed me a paper immediately that he insisted I sign which only showed me three payment options. There was no price breakdown, buyers invoice, or deal structure provided. When I kept asking to see those, he spent 10 minutes telling me that he did not have access. I finally told him if I couldn’t see a breakdown of what I would be paying for, I would leave. He then miraculously had access to a buyers invoice, and I noticed the MSRP was $7k above the sticker price on the car. I asked him why, and he said “I’m allowed to mark it up as I see fit due to the market”. PRICE. GOUGING. After much deliberation, I politely told him I really wasn’t comfortable giving them my business and I left. As I walked through the lobby, another salesman rolled his eyes at me and said “I wish her luck, we have the only CR-V in the whole country”. Fun fact - they probably do now, because I went to Neil Huffman Honda dealership in IN and received EXCELLENT customer service, paid sticker price, and received a very generous warranty and nurse discount on protection services. BETRAYED and FALSE INFO by JAY HONDA: ( used car) When I went to see the car ( same car that I bought), I was told by salesperson and the manager multiple times that it includes 100,000 miles / 84 months "BUMPER TO BUMPER COMPREHENSIVE WARRANTY"( It's not once, for multiple times on different days, they also looked at the computer, the manager confirmed face to face- I can quote his words). I was given several offers from other Honda dealerships within the same price range. One of the TOP 3 REASONS why I bought Honda from JAY HONDA that I was getting the "BUMPER TO BUMPER COMPREHENSIVE WARRANTY". I was super happy and I pre booked the car with 2000$. when I went to finalize the purchase, At the last moment, I was told by the finance manager that the warranty is not "BUMPER TO BUMPER COMPREHENSIVE WARRANTY" ,,, it's TRANSMISSION ONLY.. I was given a offer of 3700$ for bumper to bumper and I had to buy it same day. I was disheartened and felt BETRAYED by JAY HONDA. I was not prepared and declined the warranty. I asked if they could lower the value of the car as I was given FALSE INFO in such a important decision point, they said no. As I spent so much money and time seeing the car, inspecting the car and talking with the salespersons, I bought it ultimately without the warranty but felt BETRAYED by JAY HONDA , apparently, they have the best customer service. HAHA. I was also told that all of the brakes had been changed - when I inspected the car, it looked that only the front brakes had been changed. It didn't matter to me as it was not in my top 10 deciding factors. But the warranty was in my top 3 deciding factors. I was contacted by a customer service of JAY HONDA team member. I told her about it. I was then contacted by the salesperson. I was asked what I wanted -- I said if they could arrange bumper to bumper comprehensive warranty what they told me I was getting, that would be great --And he said he will talk to the manager and get back to me-- never got back to me-- eventually I texted -- got a reply that they will not be able to offer anything. . Kinda lost hope...

AWESOME experience

As I walked in the dealership I was greeted by 2 salesmen. Omar introduced himself and asked me my name. He had a very inviting personality and an infectious smile. He asked what brought me in and I explained I was interested in information about the Honda Coupe. I also explained that I had had a bad experience at a competitor and he assured me that he was there to provide me with the information that I needed and help assist me with any questions or concerns I had. There was NO pressure about my credit background or pressure to buy. We looked at a couple models and he explained the difference between an Accord and a Civic.I saw a Civic that I liked and he explained all the features and different packages and accessories. I also had questions about the difference between purchasing and leasing. He explained it in terms that I could understand and never pressured me about my credit history or how soon I would be purchasing. After a test drive I decided on the Coupe and leasing. We filled out the necessary paperwork. When he realized that the wait would be a little longer than usual he suggested that I go have dinner and come back in about an hour and a half. When I arrived back I had about a 10 minute wait before I was able to see Patsy the finance person who was also very friendly. Patsy had me in and out within a matter of about 15 min. Omar handed me the keys and spent an additional 15 minutes explaining some of the cars features. I felt very emotional and overwhelmed! I had no idea I would be leaving with a new car that day, but Omar was very confident that I would . He made me feel like a close friend or family member, like I had known him for years when in fact it was only a few hours. My experience was outstanding from the time I walked in till the time I left! I am a LIFETIME customer and will HIGHLY recommend Jay Honda and Omar to any one looking to purchase or lease a new car.
